I’ve been comparing a few cannabis-specific POS systems and realized that the feature lists all start to look similar after a while.

The things that seem most important are reliable inventory tracking, Metrc integration, offline mode, reporting, and responsive support when something goes wrong. I’m also trying to understand how much the real cost changes once ecommerce, loyalty tools, hardware, and onboarding are added.

One of the platforms I came across is IndicaOnline POS, but I’m still comparing it with other options.

For anyone who has worked in a dispensary, which features actually mattered most in daily use? Is there anything you wish you had checked before choosing a system?
